Cardiff
Driving away from the hustle and bustle of Cardiff city can be a scenic delight. Take the A470 that runs towards Conwy. You don’t need to drive the entire 186 mile stretch to enjoy this journey! As you approach South Wales Coalfield, the lush Welsh countryside will draw you in.
Carmarthen
Fifteen miles west of the centre of Carmarthen is Pendine Sands beach. This beach is unique because you’re able to drive your car on it! Boasting 7-miles of beautiful golden sands, this is a drive that shouldn’t be missed.

Neath Valley is a beautiful place to drive. You can take a round trip of around 35 miles by taking the A465. Just keep on the dual carriageway until you see signs to Glynneath.
